The third quarter of 2022 has started, which means it’s time for… vacation? Yes, that too. 😊 However holidays don’t stop us from following the changes. We present the VSoft Mobile Workforce roadmap, our solution designed for field teams. The new version will be available soon.

This is what we are working on:

1. Web client for viewing tasks and creating reports in a browser
2. Two-way communication between a manager and a mobile worker through the built-in message module (extension of the current functionality)
3. The estimated cost function for completed tasks
4. Adding a client’s signature in a created report
5. Linking attachments with answers in reports
6. Logging into the mobile app by biometrics
7. Improvement of the algorithm for automatic work scheduling of mobile users
8. Mobile users search engine for manual task assignment

Many of these points are a response to the needs of our customers, including the insurance industry for which VSoft Mobile Workforce delivers a lot of value.
